"Out of all the Michelin restaurants in Lyon, we booked this one by chance and im glad I did! Its a true institution from Eugenie Brazier being the mother of all the great nouveau chefs. The food was excellent, of course, to be expected at that level. Lunch 90euros for three courses, option of having other set menus as well. Additional cost for all other items. Unfortunately, we felt the service offered to us was slightly less than the tables around us, from one particular server. Not sure why that was but all other service was excellent."
"I have been to about 20 Michelin restaurants in France. This was one of the best restaurants in France I’ve dined in. The Foie Gras was amazing. Much better than the Foie Gras I’ve had at other restaurants. The tuna and veal sweetbreads was amazing. The crab dish was great too. The Soufflé was incredible! A very impressive dessert dish indeed. The service was world class and my waitress was one of the best servers I’ve seen. I got to meet the chef too and it was nice that he introduced himself to guests. Overall, I highly recommend dining at this restaurant."
"One of the classics and originators of Lyonnaise cuisine this was a wonderful experience to enjoy the refined basics of the cuisine. I very much enjoyed trying many of the classics i can find elsewhere in Lyon, but at a much more refined level. Highly recommend if you want a great intro into Lyonnaise cuisine"
