"I am delighted with everything about this place! Incredible and innovative dishes with perfect service perfect wine perfect deserts. We were there as a 20-person group for a celebration, and everything was simply perfect, great communication and pretty friendly staff. Thanks a lot for this amazing evening Le Comptoir Des Cousins!"
"Innovative cuisine! (But desserts maybe not) The intention is that you order several small-sized dishes to share. And most of them are amazing!! Specially the lamb cous cous, the duck gravlax and octopus (which has a nice tempura after boiled) Service is EXCELLENT. All waitresses were willing to speak English and even one spoke in Spanish to us. Unfortunately the chocolate mousse was done with poorly cocoa content, so instead of a dark intense mouse you get a light brownie color (and taste). On top there’s an excessive amount of apples and pears, at least for our taste. I was hesitating between a 4 and 5 star review. I opt for the 5, but chocolate mouse had a lot of room for improvement."
"This is our second time in this restaurant and it never disappoints(more for the hubby). The chef is great and the food is just delicious. If you are looking for something pleasantly surprising and different this is the place to try. The waitress is great. She knows the food and explains the dishes so well. You can feel a positive atmosphere as soon as you walk in. We have two kids and they have been super accommodating. This is the place we want to come back every time we are in Lyon. PS. I wanted to take the picture of the food but we dug in so fast I only remembered after we all finished:)"
