"Our favorite dining experience in Paris! It was pretty shocking to us that Restaurant A.T does not have at least one Michelin star. The experience was stunning throughout--be it on flavor or plating. Restaurant A.T is definitely underrated, and we will certainly visit again on our next trip to Paris. The small bites were all absolutely delectable. The flavors and textures were all so complementary. We did have a lot of pumpking/quince/celeriac in so many of the restaurants we visited on this trip because that's what was in season, but Restaurant A.T was very creative with the approach. Everything was obviously fresh and in-season, but with the chef's own very unique twist. Ceramics and dining-ware were also such a delight to behold. I also loved the space, and service was excellent. I just can't get over how beautiful all the dishes were--and it is always a relief and joy to discover that the food tastes just as good as it looks! This was a feast for my eyes and my soul. It was absolutely delightful."
"The place itself is very simple (which I personally like) but the food and the presentation is top notch. Very well executed french-japanese fusion, nicely paired with an interesting selection of wines around the world. We had the lunch menu which is a great deal but booked about a month advance. They change the menu seasonally, so worth returning."
"Wow! Great experience in this michelin star restaurant. The atmosphere and the unique menu with the ingredients was really something special, dont get the wrong impression from the "small" dishes you wont get hungry out of there. If you want to get a very good meal in a different star restaurant this is the place for you"
