"The food here is cooked simply and elegantly, with great technique so that you can taste every bite of the amazing produce they use. I had such a good time at this restaurant (matching wines also AMAZING) that I stayed in Toulouse for another day to taste other delicious things around town"
"Delicious meal, friendly staff and a cozy dining experience - absolutely loved the tuna and anchovies course and the mushrooms course, and the dessert was unique but so yummy (black pepper icecream and crumble). The chef was also responsible for serving drinks (so he was more generous with the wine pairing than a sommelier would be but none of us are complaining haha!). All in all, a delicious meal!"
